News Hertfordshire Resilience (June 29, 2009) Hertfordshire 4x4 Response are at the point of formally agreeing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hertfordshire Emergency Volunteers Committee (HEVEC), a working group of the Hertfordshire Resilience Forum (HRF). This formerly recognises 4x4 Response on behalf of all HRF Members and ensures we are considered in any major incident where our assistance may be deemed appropriate.
